Serial Store does not allow exchange or return of all its products, as they are digital products and financial balances used only once in the customer’s account, unless there is a manufacturing defect in the product itself, such as not charging the balance or not being authorized to use the digital card or the like. In this case, the customer is given a replacement digital card for the same product or the amount is returned within a period of 4 days to 14 days. At this stage, the date of shipping the digital card is verified by the relevant company. If the date of shipping the digital card is proven after the date of the sale, then a replacement card will not be given and the amount will not be returned to the customer at all. All customers are requested not to request a return of the product or a return of the amount at all after the sale. Also, dear customers must adhere to this policy and terms of use.
