Below you will find the terms and conditions governing your use of this store and all legal effects resulting from your use of the store’s services over the Internet via this electronic platform, as the use of any person of the Serial Store, whether a consumer of the store’s service or product or otherwise, this is an approval and acceptance from him and he is fully qualified according to Sharia, system and law for all the articles and provisions of this agreement and it is a confirmation of your commitment to its regulations and what is mentioned therein, and this agreement applies to all types of dealings between the user and the store except for dealings related to personal status and dealings related to issuing deeds related to the actions contained in the property. This agreement is considered valid and effective once you approve it and start registering with Serial Store in accordance with Article 10 of the Saudi Electronic Transactions System.
Article One – Introduction and Definitions:
The above introduction is considered an integral part of this agreement, and below you will find the meanings and definitions of the main terms used in this agreement:
(Store) This term means the Serial Store, and this definition includes all forms of Serial Store on the Internet, whether it is an electronic application, a website on the Internet, or a commercial store.
(User) This term means every consumer who purchases a product or service from the store through its electronic platform.
(Agreement) This term means the terms and conditions of this agreement, which govern and regulate the relationship between the parties to this agreement.
Article Two – User’s Legal Capacity:
The user acknowledges that he has legal capacity recognized by Sharia and the system to deal with the store, or that his age is not less than eighteen years.
The user agrees that in the event of his violation of this article, he will bear the consequences of this violation before third parties.
Article Three – Nature of the Serial Store’s Obligation:
The Serial Store’s obligation towards consumers or users is to provide (the service or product).
Serial Store may provide other services such as after-sales services or other related services, depending on the nature and type of (service or product) requested by the user.
Article Four – Controls for Using Serial Store:
The user is obligated to use the electronic platform of Serial Store in accordance with public morals and the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The user is obligated, when purchasing a service or product from Serial Store, not to use this service or product in a manner that violates public morals and the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Article Five – Accounts and Registration Obligations:
Upon applying to join the Serial Store membership as a user, you are obligated to disclose specific information and choose a username and a secret password to use when accessing the services of Serial Store. By doing so, you have agreed to:
Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password, and you agree to notify Serial Store immediately of any unauthorized use of your account information with Serial Store or any other breach of your confidential information.
In no event will Serial Store be liable for any loss that may be incurred by you directly or indirectly, morally or materially, as a result of disclosing your username or password.
You are committed to using your account or membership at Serial Store yourself, as you are fully responsible for it, and if someone else uses it, this is evidence that you have authorized him to use the store in your name and on your behalf.
You are committed to using Serial Store with all seriousness and credibility.
You are committed to disclosing true, correct, updated, complete and legal information about yourself as required during registration at Serial Store and are committed to updating your data in case of any change in reality or if necessary.
Serial Store is committed to treating your personal information and contact addresses with complete confidentiality.
If it becomes clear to the Serial Store that you have disclosed false, incorrect, outdated, incomplete, illegal information or information that is in violation of the User Agreement, the Serial Store has the right to suspend, freeze or cancel your membership, store and account on the platform, without prejudice to the other rights of the Serial Store and its legitimate means of recovering its rights and protecting the rest of the users.
In the event of non-compliance with any of the above, the Serial Store management has the right to suspend or cancel your membership or block you from accessing the Serial Store services again.
Article Six – Electronic Communications and Official Means of Communication:
The parties to this agreement agree that communication is done via the email registered on the platform.
The user agrees that all agreements, announcements, data and other communications provided electronically are equivalent to their written counterparts, and are an independent argument in meeting the regulatory and legal needs.
The user agrees to be able to communicate with him and inform him of any provisions related to this agreement or related to dealing with him by the management of the Serial Store by broadcasting general messages to all users or to specific users of the Cyril Store.
Article Seven – Amendments to the Terms of Use and Fees:
Serial Store may notify you of any amendment to this agreement in accordance with the official means of communication under this agreement, and accordingly your obligations are doubled or your rights are diminished in accordance with any amendments that may be made to this agreement.
In the event of an objection to any amendment to the Terms of Use, Serial Store hopes that you will stop using its services, as your mere access to your account in Serial Store or your use of Serial Store constitutes your acceptance of the amendments and full and complete consent that negates ignorance, and Serial Store accepts discussion of any proposal regarding these provisions.
All fees are calculated in Saudi Riyals, and the user must pay all fees due on the platform in addition to any other expenses added by the Serial Store, provided that payment is made through the approved, specified and available means
Through the Serial Store
The Serial Store may impose fees on some users depending on the offers, products or services they request or the fees or taxes imposed by the state on the nature of the product or service.
The Serial Store reserves the right to add, increase, reduce or deduct any fees or expenses under the articles, terms and provisions of the User Agreement, on any of the users, regardless of the reason for their registration.
Article Eight – Payment and Settlement Services in the Serial Store:
- The Serial Store provides, through its partners, the payment and settlement system, which can be done entirely online through the payment options available on the
Serial Store or through any payment method provided by the Serial Store from time to time.
- The Serial Store is committed to setting the price of the service or product that it displays in its store according to the recognized market value.
- Serial Store is committed to providing invoices, receipts and receipts for all amounts and profits generated in its store, and is committed to giving the user an invoice when purchasing a service or product from the Serial Store.
- Serial Store is committed to providing the recognized accounting specifications in its online store, in application of the provisions of this agreement, and for the legal, economic, commercial and organizational interests in this organization.
Article Nine – Your personal information and transaction details information:
The user acknowledges that he grants Serial Store an unlimited, global, permanent and irrevocable right, exempt from expenses, and licensed to use personal information or materials or otherwise that you have provided or supplied to the Serial Store platform or announced on the platform by joining or using it, through the forms designated for communication and registration, or via any electronic message or any of the communication channels available on the platform. This is in order to achieve any of the interests that the platform deems.
The provisions of confidentiality of consumer information are subject to the rules of the “Privacy and Confidentiality Policy” of the Serial Store, and to the provisions of this agreement related to confidentiality of information.
Article Ten – Intellectual Property:
The intellectual property rights of the Serial Store are rights owned by the Serial Store in full, whether they were owned by them before or after the establishment of this electronic platform.
The user or consumer respects the intellectual property rights of the Serial Store, which include the Serial Store itself, and the words, logos and other symbols of the Serial Store or displayed on the Serial Store, as the Serial Store, and every right that follows the Serial Store, are rights owned by the full intellectual property of the Serial Store.
Article Eleven – Serial Store Responsibility:
The Serial Store is committed to conducting its business through this electronic platform in a regular manner and in accordance with the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and in accordance with the provisions of this agreement.
Serial Store is not liable for any claims arising from errors or negligence, whether directly, indirectly, incidentally, by the user or by a third party such as shipping companies.
Serial Store, its employees, owners and representatives are committed to ensuring that the (product or service) is sound, legitimate and authorized according to the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is used for legitimate purposes.
Article Twelve – Confidentiality of Information:
Serial Store takes (tangible, organizational and technical) standards to protect users and prevent unauthorized access to and storage of users’ personal information.
You acknowledge as a user that the Internet is not a completely secure medium, and the confidentiality of your personal information cannot be 100% guaranteed through Serial Store.
Serial Store has no control over the actions of any third party, or others, such as other web pages linked through links to the platform or third parties claiming to represent you and others.
You acknowledge and agree that Serial Store may use your information that you have provided to it, for the purpose of providing services to you in Serial Store, and to send marketing messages to you, and that the privacy in Serial Store regulates the collection, processing, use and transfer of your personal identity information, and the confidentiality rules of information are subject to the “Privacy and Information Confidentiality Policy” of Serial Store.
Article Thirteen – Restricting Access or Membership:
Serial Store may suspend or cancel the user’s membership or restrict the user’s access to the platform’s services at any time and without notice and for any reason, without limitation.
Article Fourteen – Applicable Law or Regulation:
This User Agreement is governed and formulated in accordance with the laws, regulations and legislation in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and is fully and completely subject to the regulations in force with the authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Article Fifteen – General Provisions:
In the event that any article or clause contained in this User Agreement is cancelled or that any article or clause contained in the User Agreement is no longer valid, such a matter does not cancel the validity of the remaining articles, clauses and provisions contained in the User Agreement and they remain in effect
Until further notice from the management of the Serial Store
- This User Agreement – which may be amended from time to time as appropriate – constitutes the User Agreement, the mechanism of work, understanding, agreement and contract between the Serial Store and the user, and both parties to this agreement agree to take into account the following:
- The Arabic and English language is the language in effect when interpreting the provisions of this agreement, or when translating it into another language.
- All prices displayed on the services or products of the Serial Store may be amended from time to time.
- The promotional or marketing offers that may be placed by the Serial Store are temporary offers, as the Serial Store has the right to modify or stop these promotional or marketing offers at any time.
- The parties to this agreement are committed to dealing with each other in a manner that does not violate the Sharia rules and applicable regulations and laws related to the nature of the dealings between the Serial Store and the user.
- This User Agreement shall not be canceled except by a decision issued by the Serial Store management.
